Functional Vinyasa.

Tuesday & Thursday 9 - 10 am [pst]

I blend the familiar breath-centered, mindful movement of a typical yoga practice, with an exploration of strength and mobility training. You will do traditional asanas alongside movements that don’t typically appear in yoga class. This is designed to help you gain more strength, stability, and mobility in your asana practice and in your life. Be prepared to use those tried-and-true yoga props in some interesting, challenging, and novel ways. This class will open your eyes to more movement possibilities as we step outside the yoga box.

Roll + Restorative Touch.

First Fridays 3:30 - 4:30 pm [pst]

Roll + Restorative Touch blends myofascial release with restorative poses to create a class where students can melt and unwind. The class features a gentle warm up to prepare the body for stretching, about 30 minutes of myofascial release techniques using yoga therapy balls to target various areas of tension in the body, and ends with a series of yin and restorative postures where I give hands-on assists to those who want it. Hands-on assists are optional, and students can opt-out by using consent cards provided by the teacher.
