Private Yoga Lessons.
Yoga is a process of listening. The poses are a tool for attuning to the messages from your body and greeting what you find with kindness. A consistent practice helps you fine-tune your ability to assess what your body and mind need.
Our work together is not about following a formula. Each lesson is tailored to your needs on that day. In working together, you will discover that you are the expert. I am merely a facilitator: here to offer a keen eye and a helping hand. Ultimately, we are nurturing your ability to be aware. This awareness develops your ability to trust what your intuition tells you and act on it.

At your home.
If you prefer to practice in the comfort of your home, I can come to you. I bring all the props that you’ll need for a comfortable, supported practice. All you need is a mat.
At blue door yoga & wellness.
If you prefer to get out of your house and experience the serenity of a studio, we can work together at blue door yoga & wellness in Penngrove, CA.
